She joined Covey Rise Properties after serving as the Transaction Manager at Maynard Cooper & Gale Law Firm, and then assisted Attorney Talbott Ottinger with the transition into his own firm. Prior to her work in Real Estate Law, she was the Operations Manager for a top producing real estate team for 5 years and assisted buyers and sellers of her own as an Affiliate Broker. Her responsibilities included supervising business-critical processes, leading workflow on multi-unit developments, creating marketing content, developing and streamlining operations to supporting a seven agent team. In addition to providing the right tools, creative marketing, and streamlining transaction workflow, Laura Frances’ passion is to provide the best customer service to make sure the needs of her buyers and sellers are met.

A longtime dream came true in August of 2020 when she, her son, and her husband moved out of Nashville’s city center and settled on a farm in Lewis County, TN. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, tending to the blueberries and garden, taking part in projects with her husband, making art, and entertaining guests on the farm.

Finn is a three year old English Cocker Spaniel that is the face of Covey Rise Properties. After a troubled start of eating shoes, jackets and furniture Finn went to boarding school at Southern Tradition Kennels in Leesburg, Georgia, where he was taught the ways of upland and waterfowl hunting. He came back a new dog and is one of the most fun-loving well behaved dogs you will meet. Finn is present on most showings riding in the UTV helping entertain clients.

When Finn is not selling farms he can be found in his happy places of chasing quail and ducks or a relaxing swim in one of Tennessee’s beautiful waterways.
Nora grew up in the Berkshire Hills of Western Massachusetts before moving to the Adirondack Mountains in New York where she worked in real estate. She has also resided in Vermont. Nora has lived and worked in many beautiful places, but she finally found her home in Middle Tennessee. It was in Leipers Fork where she first fell in love with Tennessee. This community welcomed her many years ago and she has continued to build relationships with the residents and visitors over the years. Aside from her passion for real estate, she also loves horses and has been a horse woman since she was able to form sentences. She enjoys traveling with her Quarter Horse, Steel, who has been with her since he was 6 months old. Nora understands the needs of horse enthusiasts as well as the attributes desired in a horse farm.
